PURPOSE: A dyeing machine with a device for heating and cooling dyeing liquid is provided to reduce energy by collecting waste heat for hot water, and to improve thermal conductivity by using a heat medium oil boiler as a heat source of a heating device. CONSTITUTION: A dyeing machine with a device for heating and cooling dyeing liquid comprises the following: a dyeing tank(20) receiving dyeing materials, water, and pigment; a heating and a cooling devices(30,40) connected with a pipe and installed on the exterior of the dyeing tank; and a heat medium oil boiler(50) connected to the heating device with the pipe. The heating device comprises a heat absorption part(31) and a heating part(32). An inlet of the heat absorption part is connected to the dyeing tank by a dyeing liquid inlet.
