PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bubbling device which prevents an insoluble component from penetrating bubbling piping and, therefore, prevents the bubbling piping from being clogged. SOLUTION: The bubbling device is disposed on waste water treatment equipment including a waste water storage tank which stores waste water containing an insoluble component therein and a sedimentation tank which allows the waste water stored in the waste water storage tank to flow thereinto and precipitates and removes the insoluble component contained in the waste water, and the bubbling device suppresses precipitation of the insoluble component in the waste water stored in the waste water storage tank by supplying air bubbles. The bubbling device includes bubbling piping 12 arranged on a bottom part of the waste water storage tank and an air supply device for supplying air to the bubbling piping 12, wherein the bubbling piping 12 includes: a main pipe 13 for causing air from the air supply device to flow; and a plurality of nozzles 14 which are perpendicularly connected with the main pipe, are vertically extended and are each formed with at least one air jetting hole.
