<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the structure of a cooker body compact by collecting drips adhering to the inner surface of a lid due to dew condensation in a water tank storing water condensed by a steam collecting device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The cooker includes: an inner pot 1 in which material to be heated is put; a body 10 in which the inner pot is removably housed and which has a heating means 2 for heating the inner pot; a steam collecting means provided in the body to concentrate and condense steam generated from the material to be heated; the water tank 30 storing water condensed by the steam collecting means; the lid 20 connected to the upper part of the body through a hinge 12 to openably and closably cover the inner pot; and a first steam conduit 23 removably provided on the lid to discharge steam. The water tank is removably stored in a water tank storing chamber 13 provided on the hinge side with respect to the inner pot, and the water tank has a drip inflow hole 39 formed to guide the dew formed on the inside of the lid opposite to the inner pot to the inside of the water tank when the lid is opened.
