<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination means, capable of readily increasing luminous intensity and an inspection device capable of readily applying the illumination means. <P>SOLUTION: The illumination means 12 has a plurality of LEDs 13, that are disposed linearly in the longitudinal direction of a support member 14 and converts lights emitted from the LEDs 13 into linear lights, wherein the linearly disposed LEDs 13 are aligned in a plurality of lines, in the lateral direction of the support member 14; the lateral direction of the support member 14 is bent into a circular arc shape around a reference line S which is set along the longitudinal direction; and the lights from the plurality of lines of LEDs 13 are superimposed at the position of the reference line S. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
