Disclosed is a serviette or table napkin suspension device for suspending a serviette or napkin below the chin of a user. The device includes a single spring clip and a suspension device. The suspension device is adapted for placement about the neck of a wearer. The spring clip is adapted to hang from the suspension device. The clip is formed of a single length of metal folded back on itself and has a back portion and a concave curving front portion. The serviette or napkin is inserted between the back portion and an underside of the concave curving front portion.
