PURPOSE: A security service method using an internet TV and a system thereof are provided to recognize a crime case etc committed in a house of a user in real time through a portable terminal of the user by installing a camera. CONSTITUTION: An internet broadcasting service server(106) detects motion of an image. The internet broadcasting service server transmits the detected information to a mobile communication service server(110) for security. The mobile communication service server changes the received images to video contents for mobile. The mobile communication service server transmits the video contents through mobile communication network.
