PURPOSE: An electric power system is provided to generate the electrical energy by contacting the bar of an orbit car to a moving conversion rotator of a power generating device. CONSTITUTION: A power generator(41) is installed in the road. The bar(24) of an orbit car is contact with the moving conversion rotator of the power generator. The power generator changes the rotational motion of the moving conversion rotator to the electrical energy. A storage facility stores the electrical energy produced by the power generator. A buffer(23) is installed in the bar of the orbit car. The buffer alleviates the contact impact between the moving conversion rotator of the power generator and the bar of the orbit car.
