A control unit (12) specifies a wireless channel (CH2) employed for broadcast communication by the other wireless base station (40) in accordance with the reporting information (INFO1) and corrects the transmission timing of the wireless channel (CH2) for broadcast transmission in its own wireless base station (10) so as to synchronise with the transmission timing in the other wireless base station (40). A transmission unit (13) transmits data (DT) through the broadcast communication wireless channel (CH2) in accordance with this corrected transmission timing (TA).
