The assembly (1) has a rail (3) and a sub-rail (5) connected with respect to each other by bars (7). The rail and the sub-rail form branches of a rectangle parallelogram, and are fixed on upright vertical ladder planes of a scaffolding by their ends. The sub-rail comprises articulated external rods (23) in a plane of the parallelogram, where each rod is provided with a jaw hook (25) at an end. The hook fixes the rod on each of the ladder planes for reinforcing a connection of the assembly with respect to the ladder planes. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for assembling a safety rail and sub-rail assembly for a scaffolding (2) a method for disassembling the rail and sub-rail assembly in the scaffolding. |
