PROCESS FOR RECOVERING SOLVENTS FROM POYMER SOLUTION IN THE PROCESS OF SYNTHETIC RUBBER

摘要

PURPOSE: A process for recovering solvents from polymer solution is provided to improve properties of polymer and to reduce energy required for production process by recovering solvent or residue from a polymer solution generated in a synthetic rubber manufacturing method. CONSTITUTION: A process for preparing synthetic rubber by polymerizing raw materials in a solvent. The manufacturing method of the synthetic rubber comprises a process of collecting solvent. The process of collecting solvent comprises the steps of: washing blended polymers; performing layer separation of the washed polymer and solvent; recovering solvents in which a layer is separated.
