PURPOSE: A percutaneous composition for preventing vomit is provided to prevent drug recrystalization and enhance drug effect. CONSTITUTION: A percutaneous composition for preventing vomit comprises is a complex in which antiemetics drug is inserted between swellable layers. The antiemetics is ondansetron, granisetron, and tropisetron or effective their salt. The clay is montmorillonite, bentonite, hectorite, fluorohectorite, field trough light, beidellite, saponite, vermiculate, rectorite, fluorine mica or the swelling mica. The percutaneous composition is manufactured in the form of patch, plaster, and tape.
