PURPOSE: A pressure sensor and a hydraulic unit are provided to prevent resonance effects of a diaphragm by installing a thick part on the center to prevent deformation of the central part when a flexible part is bent. CONSTITUTION: A pressure sensor(10) and a hydraulic unit includes a base part(36) connected to both ends of a pressure part and the pressure part. The hydraulic unit has a piezometric surface(43) on one main surface. The hydraulic unit covers the main surface of the piezometric surface on the other surface of the piezometric surface. The pressure part supports the base part of the piezometric surface.
