A method for repair of a ball mill in assembled condition includes operations of removal of balls and lining with fastening elements from the mill drum, installation of the ball mill on supports of a stand with possibility of rotation, inspection and detection of worn areas of elements of the assembled structure of ball mill, restoration by surfacing the worn areas, preparation of surfacing materials, welding equipment and arrangement of work stations of weldor inside the drum and from external side thereof. At restoration of the elements of assembled structure of ball mill in the form of an unloading funnel blades forming a reflector are preliminary removed, then the worn areas on its work surface are surfaced, blanks of blades are prepared and then are welded instead removed ones. |
