PURPOSE: A tripod and portable chair in one is provided, which is capable of taking rapid measures in emergency by installing a tripod for emergency easily and quickly. CONSTITUTION: A tripod and portable chair in one comprises: cross type legs(31,32,33,34,35,36) which are located between bottom supports(11,12,13) and top seat plate supporting devices(21,22,23); hinge binding units(41,42,43) in which legs are coupled by a hinge pin; and a triangle seat plate(51) which is coupled with the top seat plate supporting device. The top seat plate supporting device includes a binding domain in which the buckle of the triangle seat plate is combined. The triangle seat plate comprises a plurality of buckles, a case coupling hole, and a case.
