PURPOSE: A reflective display panel and a device thereof are provided to improve black expression ability and white expression ability by setting absorbing plate and reflecting plate to substructure of panel. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal layer(120) is comprised of the liquid crystal. An upper plate(110) is arranged in the top of the liquid layer. The upper plate is comprised of a color filter and transparent plate. A lower plate(130) is comprised of the absorption plate faced with the color filter and reflection plate faced with the transparent plate. The absorption plate absorbs the first light.
