摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect concentration of a combustible gas ranging from a low concentration domain to a high concentration domain without bringing about detection accuracy deterioration due to silicon compounds. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A combustible gas detector includes a heating resistor 221 for high temperature energized to have a resistance value corresponding to a high target temperature and a heating resistor 211 for low temperature energized to have a resistance value corresponding to a low target temperature set at a temperature lower than the high target temperature. A combustible gas concentration (hereinafter referred to as a first calculation gas concentration) is calculated based on an inter-terminal voltage (high temperature side voltage VH) of the heating resistor 221 (S60) while a combustible gas concentration (hereinafter a second calculation gas concentration) is calculated based on an inter-terminal voltage (low temperature side voltage VL) of the heating resistor 211 (S150). The first or second calculation gas concentration is compared to a first or second determination value (S80 and S170) to adopt the first or second calculation gas concentration as a detection result based on the result of comparison (S90 and S180).
