PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy of recoding information on an optical disk.

SOLUTION: An information optical system 150 of an optical disk device 110 can position at a distance an absorption variation region RA based on a specific peak light LEP in a recording layer 101 by sequentially outputting the specific peak light LEP and a specific slope light LES as an information light beam LM from a semiconductor laser 3, and changing the divergence angle of the specific peak light LEP by means of a correction lens 162. An energy concentration region RE based on the specific slope light LES can be formed in the vicinity of a target position QG, and the recording accuracy of information on an optical disk 100 can be improved.
