<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a criminal capturing tool for safely and securely catching a criminal by shielding the view field of the criminal. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The criminal capturing tool includes: a bag-shaped catching net 1 having an opening and shielding the outside view field of a criminal while covering the head of the criminal; a frame member 2 mounted to the opening; and a grip 3 mounted to the frame member 2. When the frame member 2 passes through the head of the criminal from the upper side to the lower side and the head of the criminal enters into the catching net 1, the outside view field of the criminal is shielded by the catching net 1. The diameter of the frame member 2 is reduced along the diameter of the neck of the criminal to contract the opening, so as to regulate slippage of the head of the criminal from the catching net 1.
