<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filler for a solar cell module that has superior fire resistant properties and also has superior transparency, and to provide the solar cell module using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The invention relates to: the filler for the solar cell module that contains a resin for the filler containing a silane modified resin obtained by polymerizing an ethylene unsaturated silane compound and a polyolefin compound, and a flame retarder, and is a transparent resin; and the solar cell module 11 using the same.
