<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guide a customer to another shop and to confirm the effect of the invitation. <P>SOLUTION: A user has paid at "eating house Yamada" as a member shop 81 a plurality of times by using an electronic money function of a mobile phone 7. An electronic money server 2 sends guidance information for "noodle house Nakaumi" as another member shop 81 to a shop terminal of "eating house Yamada". The shop terminal receives and stores the guidance information. When the user eats at "eating house Yamada" again and pays by the mobile phone 7, a shop terminal of "eating house Yamada" prints guidance information for "noodle house Nakaumi" on a receipt 82. When the user is guided by guidance to go to "noodle house Nakaumi" and eats there and pays by the mobile phone 7, the shop terminal of "noodle house Nakaumi" transmits a transaction log to the electronic money server 2.
