<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device capable of achieving a comfortable viewing environment of enhanced presence. <P>SOLUTION: An image data input part 54 acquires an RGB signal as color information of each pixel constituting an image frame, from an image display. A color difference calculation part 55 calculates a color difference of each pixel between the two frames different in imaged time points. A pixel specifying part 56 specifies a pixel with the color difference calculated by the color difference calculation part 55 smaller than a prescribed color difference threshold. A chromaticity calculation part 57 calculates an average value as to each of L*s, a*s and b*s, using the L*s, the a*s and the b*s as the color information of each pixel with the color difference smaller than the prescribed color difference threshold, and calculates a chromaticity by conversion into the RGB value, using the calculated average values.
