BINDING BAND STRUCTURE OF ELECTRIC JOINT BOX

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an extra length of a binding band from being catched between a cover and a joint box without cutting it, as well as a nearby other wire bodies such as an electric wire.

SOLUTION: The electric joint box 1 includes a joint box body 2 and a cover 22. Wire bodies 3 and 4 are bound with a binding band 5 on the joint box body side. A band insertion part 7 is provided to the joint box body side separately from the wire bodies. An extra length 5a of the binding band is inserted into the band insertion part 7 for support. The extra length 5a is arranged higher than an outside wall near the outside wall 8 of the joint box body 2 along the other wire body 21 except the wire body such that the other wire body is prevented from protruding outside the outside wall. The band insertion part 7 is arranged to protrude higher than the outside wall near the outside wall 8. The other wire body 21 is arranged between wire bodies 3 and 4 and the band insertion part 7. A band insertion part 6 for securing the wire body protrudes higher than the outside wall 8 near the wire bodies 3 and 4.
