SPEED CHANGE CONTROL DEVICE OF BELT TYPE CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separately use a motor required for selection of shift ranges and a motor required for transmission ratio control in a belt type continuously variable transmission provided with a shift range positioning mechanism and a transmission ratio controlling mechanism capable of generating desired speed change control pressure. SOLUTION: A speed change control device of the belt type continuously variable transmission is provided with a belt 6 stretched between two pulleys 4, 5, achieves continuous speed change in accordance with speed change control pressure Ps, and includes a shaft 33 rotating in accordance with rotation of a manual shaft 30 in the shift range positioning mechanism by a motor M. The shaft 33 is provided with a first slider 35 which advances or recedes in accordance with rotating displacement thereof and a second slider 38 penetrated by the shaft 33 movabely in the longitudinal direction thereof and advancing integrally with the first slider 35 with advancement of the shaft 33. The second slider 38 is connected with an operating piece 23 executing speed change pressure control of a transmission ratio control mechanism X1, and further with an elastic member 42 giving an urging force for restoring the second slider 38 in an Lo position.
