<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning pin capable of being used irrespective of the inclination direction and the insertion direction of a clip part. <P>SOLUTION: The positioning pin 1 is provided with a base part 2 fixed to a positioning place and an engaging part 3 swingably connected to the base part 2 via a hinge part 4. The hinge part 4 comprises a hinge shaft 24 of the base part 2 and a hinge bearing 31 of the engaging part 3.
