PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel which can make high in the speed of autofocusing and small in size at the same time. SOLUTION: An interchangeable lens unit 2 includes a fourth lens group unit 78, a focus lens unit 75, a sixth lens group unit 77, a zoom ring unit 83, and a focus motor 64. The focus lens unit 75 is movably supported by the sixth lens group unit 77 in an optical axis direction. The zoom ring unit 83 mechanically transmits operating force input to a zoom ring 84 to the sixth lens group unit 77. The focus motor 64 is fixed to the sixth lens group unit 77 and drives the focus lens unit 75 relative to the sixth lens group unit 77 by using power in the optical axis direction.
