<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor and a communication system capable of transferring information of one of an information management server and a portable terminal to the other in a real time. <P>SOLUTION: This communication system is provided with an information management server, an information processor capable of connecting to the information management server via a network, and the portable terminal. The information processor is provided with a display means for displaying an image, a counter-server communication means transmitting/receiving information to/from the information management server, and an image-using optical transmission means converting predetermined information obtained from the information management server by the counter-server communication means into optical pattern data according to converted optical pattern data and variously coloring the whole or a part of the area of a displayed image by the display means between first and second color constituents.
