PURPOSE: An upper plate folding table is provided, which enables to use a table in a desk use and facilitates moving installation of the table. CONSTITUTION: An upper plate folding table comprises: both side support legs equipped with wheels; both support pillars(2) which are installed vertically on the upper side of the support legs; an upper plate(3) installed on the top of the both side support pillars; a fixed support plate; a fixed axis(22); both side supporting frames(32) which are attached to the inner side of the pillars; a hanger loop groove which is separated or hung on the supporting frame; and both side operation apertures(5) projecting horizontally.
