PURPOSE: A sheet for protecting a paint film on a timber member contact part is provided to effectively prevent damage to a paint film by reducing frictional heat and shear stress. CONSTITUTION: A sheet for protecting a paint film on a timber member contact part is inserted between the bottom of a ship body(1) and a timber member(2). The timber member is installed under the bottom of the ship body to balance the ship body. The sheet protects a paint film(4) formed on the bottom surface of the ship body. An adhesive sheet(11) is inserted between the sheet and the timber member.
