PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet bowl apparatus capable of easily preventing an offensive odor from occurring from a space between a toilet seat support member and a bowl main body. SOLUTION: A shell of the toilet seat support member 2 is formed of a front base plate 3a disposed in the front of the seat and liftable up/down and a bottomless box-shaped and synthetic resin cover 3d, wherein a toilet seat 3e and a toilet cover 3f are installed on the support member 2 turnably in a raising/lowering direction. A warm water-washing nozzle is provided on the front base plate 3a for washing the buttocks with warm water. An ultraviolet LED (light emitting diode) 3g is provided on the bottom of the plate 3a for emitting ultraviolet rays onto an area S below the support member 2 when the support member 2 is moved upward.
