FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to improved system of manufacturing, and more precisely to improved automatic system of manufacturing intended for application of coating by roller or for any other preparation of items for further processing and shipping. Invention proposes system for application of liquid material by roller, which comprises a system of transportation with system of parts charging, system of application and system of hardening intended for hardening of applied material. System of transportation represents a continuous conveyor having multiple working stations. Stations support processed items with the possibility of displacement and transport them into system of application and hardening system. Conveyors of transportation and charging systems have a single driving mechanism, which serves both conveyors. At the same time cylindrical items are supplied to stations that cover cylindrical wheel and arranged along circumference inside cylindrical wheel of parts charging system. Cylindrical wheel rotates to create contact with cylindrical items and for displacement of cylindrical items in stations and from stations of cylindrical wheel relative to central axis of cylindrical wheel. Besides items are displaced to conveyor of transportation system due to motion of driving mechanism. According conveyor is synchronised with the help of control system. ^ EFFECT: improved quality of finished parts, and also their accurate and continuous feed; besides system also makes it possible to reduce outage time in case requirements to assembly change and provides for flexibility of assembly process. ^ 6 cl, 33 dwg |
