PURPOSE: A method of storing Kimchi in a Kimchi refrigerator is provided to restrict escape of carbon dioxide in kimchi, and to improve preservabiltiy of flavor and taste of aged kimchi y supplyingcarbon gas of constant pressure. CONSTITUTION: A method of storing Kimchi in a Kimchi refrigerator comprises the following: a selection button part(1) measuring the gas amount of carbonic acid of a storage room(30) through a sensor(32); a carbon dioxide supply pipe(15) supplying the carbonic acid of a carbon dioxide storage tank(20) to the storage room by driving a gas supply fan(10) and a first electric valve(11); and a control part controlling supply of the carbonic acid by stopping drive of the gas supply fan when the carbonic gas density reaches a fixed standard value.
