<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a super-finishing device whose manufacturing cost is inexpensive and running cost is also inexpensive. <P>SOLUTION: A means for reciprocating/swinging a grinding tool head is mounted to a swinging member 11 in which a support unit of the grinding tool head is pivotably connected to a swinging table 4 of a base stand frame 3 by a pair of plate springs 10 opposed to each other with an interval in a reciprocating/swinging direction, and a pair of guide plates 11a opposed to each other in a reciprocating/swinging direction are provided on the swinging member 11. A rotated/driven eccentric cam 16a is abutted on the opposed surfaces of the pair of guide plates 11a, the swinging member 11 is reciprocated/pivoted by rotation of the eccentric cam 16a, and the support unit of the grinding tool head mounted to the swinging member 11 is reciprocated/swung. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
