PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a ride quality by effectively reducing low-frequency vibration generated between a roof panel and a roof side rail with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A roof part structure of an automobile includes the roof panel 8 for covering an upper surface of a rectangular region whose outer periphery is sectioned by both right and left roof side rails, a front header member and a rear header member, and has a roof side connection part 14 in which both right and left side parts 13 of the roof panel 8 are overlapped and fixed with a flange part 12 provided at the center part side in a vehicle width direction of the roof side rail 5. The roof side connection part 14 includes an elastic adhesive part in which both right and left side parts 13 of the roof panel 8 and the flange part 13 of the roof side rail 8 are stuck by an elastically deformable adhesive 17 having Young's modulus of 500 MPa or less and a loss coefficient of 0.1 or more at a temperature of 20°C.
