PURPOSE: A disposal apparatus for organic waste and a disposal method thereof are provided to improve organic waste disposal quantity per a unit hour by separating leachate from sludge generated from fermenting the organic waste for purifying. CONSTITUTION: A disposal apparatus for organic waste comprises the following: a fermenting tank(16); a rotary shaft(24) installed in the inside of the tank; a reservoir(50) installed on the upper side of the fermenting tank while being separated from the tank; a pulverizing unit(40) installed on one upper side of the fermenting tank; a cleaning water spray unit(52) sprinkling cleaning water to the organic waste inside the reservoir; a stirring unit(34) stirring the organic waste in the fermenting tank; a driving motor(28) supplying a torque to the rotary shaft; a discharging pipe(54) discharging sludge and leachate to the outside; and an artificial wet land(60) to naturally purify the leachate. |
