PURPOSE: An electrophoretic display device is provided to prevent the degradation of reflectivity due to the low of light by displaying an image without a color filter substrate and to simplify a structure by deleting the color filter substrate. CONSTITUTION: An electrophoretic display device comprises a substrate(151), a first pixel electrode(155), a second pixel electrode(157), and an electrophoretic film(130). The substrate has a plurality of pixels. The first pixel electrode is formed on the substrate. The second pixel electrode is formed on the first pixel electrode in a slit shape. The electrophoretic film is arranged on the second pixel electrode. The second pixel electrode has a different slit width per multiple sub pixels.
