摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optical device capable of shortening a pixel pitch without reducing a field-effect transistor arranged in each pixel, and to provide an electronic apparatus and a projection type display device which include the electro-optical device, respectively. SOLUTION: In a reflection type electro-optical device 100, a first semiconductor layer 1a<SB>1</SB>and a second semiconductor layer 1a<SB>2</SB>respectively constituting a first field-effect transistor 30<SB>1</SB>and a second field-effect transistor 30<SB>2</SB>in a first pixel 100a<SB>1</SB>and a second pixel 100a<SB>2</SB>which are adjacent to each other in a first direction Y are arranged in a mutually shifted state in a second direction X. Thereby the first semiconductor layer 1a<SB>1</SB>and the second semiconductor layer 1a<SB>2</SB>can be extended up to positions on which both ends are parallel with each other.
