PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission cooling duct of saddle-riding type vehicle capable of more effectively preventing rain water, dust or the like from entering through its air inlet port and further preventing a size of motorcycle body from becoming large. SOLUTION: In a motorcycle wherein a belt type continuously variable transmission 97 is integrally installed at an engine 95 and a transmission cooling duct 117 for aerating air to cool the continuously variable transmission 97 is provided, an air intake port 117a of the transmission cooling duct 117 is arranged between a storing box 91 installed at the motorcycle body and a center cover 32 acting as a cover for the motorcycle body to cover the storing box 91.
