PURPOSE: A packing material, a manufacturing method thereof and a packing article using thereof are provided to easily cut foods contained inside the packing material in the constant interval using a cutting string. CONSTITUTION: A packing material(10) comprises the following: a cutting string(11) attached to the material with constant intervals; a first cut-out line(12) formed in the vertical direction on one end of the packing material; a drawing out unit(14) determined from the first cut-out line to the end of the packing material; and plural second cut-out lines(13) formed from the drawing out unit to the end of the packing material while being located in parallel and by turns with the cutting string. The width of the drawing out unit is 5~20 millimeters. The interval of the cutting string is 3~20 millimeters.
