<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device capable of obtaining satisfactory display characteristics by reducing a reflection light component from an inner part of a liquid crystal cell becoming obvious when reflectivity on a viewing surface of a liquid crystal panel is reduced by using an optical function film and thereby reducing reflection of external light. <P>SOLUTION: In the liquid crystal display 100 which includes a liquid crystal panel 10 having a liquid crystal layer 15 interposed between transparent substrates 11 and 13 and polarizing plates 23 and 27 disposed on outer sides of the transparent substrates and an optical function film 29 disposed on at least one surface side of the liquid crystal panel 10 and suppressing reflection of external light and wherein a switching element 35 for driving the liquid crystal layer 15 is disposed in a matrix shape on an inner surface of either substrate of the pair of transparent substrates, a reflection preventing film is formed on either film of a conductive film forming a gate signal line in which a driving signal for driving the switching element 35 is input and a conductive film forming a source signal line in which a display signal to the liquid crystal panel 10 is input. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
