PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a conventional technology must rely on manual work when putting a vertical attitude roll in a horizontal attitude. SOLUTION: A neck connector 2 connected to a roll neck 11 by a pin 3 is rotatably connected to a lower part of a rotary hook 1, and a pin attaching-detaching mechanism 5 is arranged for taking in and out the pin to a pin hole 4 by torque of the rotary hook, and a neck inserting tool 6 of a lower part of the neck connector is also rotatably constituted to the horizontal attitude from a vertical attitude, and a fitting groove 8 is arranged so as to be capable of guiding a roll neck end part to a neck inserting hole 7 in rotating.
