<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for arranging a heat exchanger of a vehicle front body part capable of preventing the entry of travel wind that passed through a second heat exchanger into a wheel house, allowing the wind to pass to the lower face of the vehicle body in front of the wheel house, leading out the wind to a negative pressure area in an inconspicuous manner, preventing water or wind that entered from the front of the vehicle from falling on a suspension or a brake arranged in the wheel house to achieve rust prevention for them, and moreover, preventing the entry of mud or water, or gravel raised up by the front wheel upon the reverse travel of the vehicle into a fender via the wheel house, and furthermore, achieving miniaturization of the second heat exchanger by leading out the travel wind to the negative pressure area. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A lead-out flow path 19 for leading out the travel wind that passed through the second heat exchanger 10 out of the travel wind led inside the vehicle front body part from an air lead-in opening, is arranged in front of the wheel house 5, and the outlet 19A of the lead-out flow path 19 is formed so as to be directed in the downward direction of the vehicle front body part.
