<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing type electronic device in which wiring of a sensor does not have to be routed to each of first and second cases through a hinge part to simplify wiring operations of the sensor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A first sensor 13 which reacts, when a first magnet 11 provided on the side of the second case 2 in a part located near the hinge part 3 corresponds, to a line of magnetic force of the first magnet 11, and a second sensor 14 which reacts, when the second case 2 rotates to the first case 1 centering around the hinge part 3 and the direction of the line of magnetic force of the first magnet 11 changes to the perpendicular direction, to the changed line of magnetic force, are provided in the state where they are arranged in the first case 1. One wiring of each of the first and the second sensors 13, 14 then does not have to be rounded to each of the first and the second cases through the hinge part 3, each of the first and the second sensors 13, 14 is wired in the first case 1, and the wiring operations of each of the first and the second sensors 13, 14 are simplified thereby.
