The present invention relates to a method, system, and computer readable recording medium for generating keyword pairs for search advertisements based on advertisement purchase history. According to one aspect of the present invention, a method is provided that relates to the generation of information regarding associations among search keywords, comprising (a) a step wherein a set of search keywords is acquired for which purchases have been made for attempted for the specific advertiser that has displayed or sought to display search advertisements, (b) a step wherein at least two search keywords are selected from said set of keywords, (c) a step wherein an association relation is generated to turn said selected search keywords into a pair; and (d) a step wherein information on said keyword pair generated is stored. The present invention does not require processing of vast data such as search keywords of entire users or keywords emerging on entire web documents but enables the determination of associated search keywords; consequently, a novel model for associated search keyword determination may be achieved that enables more efficient data processing.
