<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating method of a fuel battery system for maintaining a wetted state of a fuel battery cell stack, capable of alleviating fuel consumption without causing damages such as polarity inversion on the fuel battery cell stack during a long preservation period without power generation. <P>SOLUTION: In an operation method of a fuel battery during a long preservation period, power generation is carried out at a small partial load, rise of cell voltages water is monitored by product water, a load is increased at a time point when a given voltage is reached, and a wetted state is recovered while inclination of changes of cell voltages is monitored. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
