PURPOSE: A system and a method offering a personalized portable advertisement service are provided to provide advertisement which is directly reflected by the taste of the users by registering event information and preference information which considers the taste of the users taste to a server. CONSTITUTION: A client inputs event information under a condition for receiving the desired advertisement from users(300). The client registers the inputted event information to a server(310). One advertisement based on the inputted event information is offered from the server(320, 330). The client inputs preference information under the condition of receiving the desired advertisement from the users.
