<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aligning transfer device, sure in operation, by always transferring a leg part in an erected state to a rotary body, with a simple constitution. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this aligning transfer device and the selection device of a headed bar-shaped part, a chute rail 11 is arranged for aligning and supplying the headed bar-shaped part by suspending the leg part 3 with a head part 2 above, and a transfer belt material 24 composed of a magnetic substance is fixed to the tip of this rail, and the rotary body 20 having the rotational center in the horizontal direction is rotatably arranged, and the headed bar-shaped part is aligned and transferred in a state of magnetically attracting a leg part end surface of the headed bar-shaped part to an outer peripheral surface of the transfer belt material 24, so that the headed bar-shaped part can be always aligned and transferred in an erected state. Even if the leg part length is changed when transferring to the transfer belt material from the chute rail, a change-adjustment is not required in response to the leg length of the part, so that assembling cost can be reduced. Moreover, a determining range is expanded without an obstacle hindering determining work when determining the quality of a required measuring part of the headed bar-shaped part.
