PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool magazine capable of making the whole structure compact by shortening length in a tool axial direction without reducing rigidity of a tool conveying device. SOLUTION: The tool magazine 11 for storing a plurality of tools includes: a tool rack 15 having a tool storage part for storing the tools; and the tool conveying device 25 for grasping the tools, conveying the tools between the tool storage part and a tool exchange position 55 and having a carriage 35 in which a movement mechanism in an axial direction of the grasped tool is formed by a link mechanism.
