PURPOSE: An essence extracting and concentrating apparatus is provided to improve space use efficiency and productivity by removing the need of extract transport. CONSTITUTION: An essence extracting and concentrating apparatus(1) comprises a tank(10), a variable agitator(20), a pressure regulating unit(30), an extracting part(40), and a controller. The tank includes a heating unit, a discharge passage, a closing lid(11) hinged on one side of the tank, and a hinge plate(15) projecting from the other side. The central portion of the variable agitator is shifted to a position directly above the tank or a position outside the tank. The variable agitator includes a supporter(21) installed on the hinge plate, a motor(23), and an agitating blade(24). The pressure regulating unit controls the internal pressure of the tank. The extracting part includes an extraction pipe connected to the discharge passage of the tank. |
