摘要

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing environment-friendly concrete mortar and a stepped environment-friendly ecology block which is used as artificial fish reef for recovering ecosystem are provided to reduce emission amount of toxic component by throwing a container of latex balloon or the vinyl rod and to prevent a road from being frozen. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing environment-friendly concrete mortar comprises the following steps: making a container by suturing one end of vinyl, a resin, a rubber roll using a string or high frequency; mixing water and liquid having chemical components which easily decompose the vinyl, the resin, and the rubber roll; manufacturing the container containing the mixed liquid; manufacturing the mortar by mixing cement 40~65wt%, sand 5~40wt%, and water 5~30wt%; manufacturing the concrete mortar by the manufactured container 30~80wt% into the mortar.
