PURPOSE: A power generator is provided to generate power without a rotor blade rotated with the wind by closely arranging an object A and B to be rubbed each other and generating power. CONSTITUTION: An object B(20) is closely located with an object A(10) to be rubbed each other and is charged with object A due to the friction. A conductor A(12) is closely located with the object A. A conductor B(22) is located with the object B. The object A and the object B are charged to an opposite polarity each other as one between the object A and the object B is scattered and charged with each other.
